If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service.
2. Description of Service
Migla is an AI-powered image and video generation platform that allows users to create, transform, and enhance visual content using artificial intelligence models. The service includes image-to-image transformation, image-to-video generation, trending templates, community features, and related tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without prior notice.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the platform to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. You may not use the service to create deepfakes or misleading content intended to deceive others, generate content that infringes on intellectual property rights, or produce material that exploits minors. We reserve the right to review and remove any content that violates these guidelines and to suspend accounts engaged in prohibited activities.
5. Intellectual Property
The platform, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Migla and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Content generated by users through our AI tools is subject to our content license agreement. You retain rights to your original input content, and generated outputs are licensed to you for personal and commercial use subject to the restrictions outlined in these terms.
6. Credits and Payments
Certain features of the platform require credits or paid subscriptions. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. Credits expire according to the terms of your subscription plan. We reserve the right to change pricing, credit allocations, and subscription terms at any time. Continued use of the service after price changes constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
7. Limitation of Liability
Migla and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. This includes damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. All provisions of these terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
