Online dispute resolution
In accordance with Regulation (EU) No 524/2013, the European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to, and generally do not, participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
AI-generated content disclosure
Migla generates synthetic images and videos using artificial intelligence models. In line with Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (the EU AI Act), outputs produced by this service are to be treated as artificially generated or manipulated content. Users are responsible for disclosing AI-generated content when sharing it publicly and must not use it to impersonate real persons without consent.
Reporting illegal or infringing content
To report illegal content, copyright infringement, or a privacy violation (including non-consensual likenesses), please use our notice-and-action form or email support@migla.io. Reports are reviewed promptly in accordance with the EU Digital Services Act.
Single point of contact (DSA Article 11 & 12)
Pursuant to Articles 11 and 12 of the Digital Services Act, SIA “MIGLAI” designates a single electronic point of contact for direct communication with Member State authorities, the European Commission, the European Board for Digital Services, and recipients of the service:

Average monthly active recipients (DSA Article 24(2))
In accordance with Article 24(2) of the Digital Services Act, Migla publishes its average monthly active recipients of the service in the European Union, calculated over the last six months. The figure is substantially below the 45 million threshold for designation as a Very Large Online Platform (VLOP) under Article 33(1) DSA.
Last published: Fewer than 45,000 monthly active recipients in the EU (as of April 2026). This figure is updated at least every six months.
